Ziff Real Estate Partners announced Sept. 9 it has sold Garlington Park in Greenville to an undisclosed buyer.
Michael Scarnato and Michael Lewis of JLL facilitated the sale of the 119,077-square-foot, four-building business park at 319 Garlington Road.
ZRP acquired Garlington Park in 2018, and, over the past seven years, has executed a value-creation plan through strategic leasing and targeted capital improvements.
The company currently owns and manages 44 assets across 13 states for a total of 3.3 million square feet.
