Downtown Greer ‘experiencing dramatic evolution’
Nearly two decades of planning has led to two game-changing projects – a full streetscape plan and the previously announced Greer hotel by Greenville-based Sycamore Investment Group at the corner of North Main and East Poinsett streets – that will occur at roughly the same time, beginning this month.
