Aqua Diamond, a pre-revenue startup that produces four flavored-water products, has established its headquarters and operations in an Abbeville incubator space, the business announced Nov. 4.
“We selected the Abbeville area and the Abbeville Manufacturing Incubator due to its strategic location, supportive business environment and commitment to fostering innovation,” said Ehsan Fallah, president and CEO of Aqua Diamond. “Within three to five years, we hope to establish a successful flavored-water drink brand, expand our operations, and collaborate with local universities to train manufacturing engineers and provide internships for students as well as research.
“By investing in talent development and fostering a culture of innovation, we believe we can make a significant impact on the Abbeville community,” Fallah continued. “A key resource we’re particularly excited about is the incubator’s networking opportunities, which will help us connect with potential investors, partners and industry leaders.”
The company expects to create eight jobs over the next five years as it operates out of a 22,000-square-foot facility with four 5,000-square-foot manufacturing bays and 1,000 square feet of shared office space at 56 Commerce Drive, Suite 2.
