GMB, a learning organization and educational-focused architectural and engineering firm, recently announced it acquired Greenville-based Up&Up Agency.
Up&Up is a full-service marketing firm specializing in higher education enrollment and branding services. Following the acquisition, the firm will continue serving its existing clients across the country.
Adam Landrum, the current CEO of Up&Up, said he is excited about this strategic acquisition.
“By combining our higher education-focused brand and marketing services with GMB’s services, we’re beginning an exciting new chapter of building a full-service education company to uplift our clients and the educational industry as a whole,” Landrum said.
GMB acquired Up&Up to add new services that would help support educational institutions before, during and after their projects. Rob DenBesten, COO at GMB, said the acquisition is a collaborative journey toward creating impactful learning environments.
“Up&Up is a welcome addition to GMB’s growing team and this transition a true testament to our culture that is focused on continual learning,” DenBesten said.
GMB operates hubs in Michigan, Indianapolis and Indiana.
