The largest building at Crossroads Logistics Park in Spartanburg County is now at full occupancy with the signing of a long-term lease by a leading manufacturer, commercial real estate company JLL announced Sept. 30.
The global commercial real estate and investment management firm said the lease of the 477,360-square-foot Class A building is another indicator that the Greenville-Spartanburg industrial market remains strong.
Crossroads Logistics Park is located at 171 International Park Drive near Spartanburg and contains three Class A buildings totaling more than 800,000 square feet of warehouse space.
According to JLL, the Greenville-Spartanburg industrial market has been one of the Southeast’s most active, with more than 11 million square feet of leasing over the past 12 months, a 45% increase compared to the prior year.
