A new mini-golf and social venue will soon break ground in Mauldin this summer.
PAR Greenville, located at 112 Millport Circle, will feature two 18-hole mini-golf courses and golf simulators for people of all ages to enjoy. Food, craft cocktails and local beer will be served in the 12,000-square-foot restaurant and bar. An outdoor courtyard will also be available with fire pits and 25-foot TV screens.
Groundbreaking for PAR Greenville is expected in June with an anticipated opening in early 2027. The new entertainment venue will be constructed on approximately three acres at the intersection of Butler Road and Interstate 385, one exit away from BridgeWay Station.
633 Development, a Greenville-based real estate developer, will create PAR Greenville in collaboration with the city of Mauldin and First Bank. The development team also consists of SeamonWhiteside, COR3 Design, and JDavis Construction.
“PAR Greenville is about creating an experience that brings people together, whether with family, co-workers, date night or just an evening out to enjoy time in the beautiful Greenville weather,” the development team said in the project’s press release. “We’re combining the nostalgia of mini golf with a modern, elevated environment that reflects the energy and growth of Greenville.”
The project’s full construction timeline and opening announcements will be released in the future. For more information on PAR Greenville, visit par-greenville.com.
