The 6,000 square feet of newly renovated office space on the second floor at 55 E. Camperdown Way, located across from the Liberty Bridge in Falls Park, will provide not just an increase in size (their current space is about 4,600 square feet), but also satisfies Colliers’ need for a more efficient floor plan with open workspaces, allowing more collaboration and an environment which prompts ongoing, productive communication between employees, said David Feild, CCIM, market president of Colliers’ Greenville office.

“We are excited about this move not just for the look and location of our new office, but also the growth opportunities for our employees and our clients,” said Field. “We feel the modern, open office environment will foster collaboration among our brokers, property managers and staff, increasing our team’s capabilities which will allow us to better serve each of our valued clients.”

Colliers will be in its new location Monday, Jan 26.
