Teleservices company DialAmerica announced the expansion of its contact center operations, and additional job opportunities, at its contact center located on Roper Mountain Road in Greenville. To support growing client demand, DialAmerica will hire 100 contact center agents, said the company in a release.
DialAmerica will host two hiring events on Saturday, Dec. 6, and Friday, Dec. 12, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. for interested candidates.
The new contact center agents will support entertainment and financial services programs.
