The Greenville Chamber of Commerce has partnered with The Hayes Approach to offer InstantHR, a digital human resources platform designed for small businesses.

The InstantHR platform provides small businesses with resources such as toolkits, templates, and instructional videos, as well as regular updates and personalized assistance, according to a news release. It will be offered to the chamber’s investors as part of the Value-Add Partner Program, which helps businesses save on critical business products and services by providing discounts only available to chamber investors, the release said.

“The Greenville chamber is dedicated to creating innovative solutions to challenges our small businesses are facing and InstantHR aligns perfectly with this mission,” said Carlos Phillips, CEO and president of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, in the release. “InstantHR gives small businesses access to the same quality services as other larger companies and it will help them save time and money, both of which are extremely valuable.”

The Hayes Approach was selected following a request for proposals and an interview process by a committee of chamber leaders, the release said.

“We are excited to partner with the Greenville chamber to deliver this valuable service to our fellow small businesses,” said Leslie Hayes, founder and president of The Hayes Approach, in the release. “We understand the impact an HR headache can have on a small business, so we hope that this tool will allow business owners to leave the HR work to a team of professionals and help them get back to what they do best and build thriving businesses.”
