Hartness, the Upstate’s most recent traditional neighborhood development, will feature four homes in the annual Upstate Parade of Homes this fall as the event’s “Signature Community.” The event is an exclusive tour of 15 newly constructed private residences throughout Greenville and takes place over two weekends, Oct. 12-14 and 19-21.

“At Hartness, we work with an exclusive group of talented builders including Milestone Custom Homes, Hollison Custom Homes, Stoneledge Properties, and Hartness Construction and strive to create one-of-a-kind homes with unmatched craftsmanship,” says Sean Hartness, CEO of Hartness. “We are absolutely thrilled to be the Signature Community in this year’s event to showcase all that we have to offer.”

Upstate Parade of Homes is a signature event of the Home Builders Association of Greenville that allows builders to showcase their craftsmanship while also giving the public a chance to see some of the finest work this industry has to offer.

The Hartness community homes featured in this year’s Parade of Homes include the following:

“The Curtis”, a two-story quintessential Shingle Style home built by Stoneledge Properties. This home features cedar shake siding and natural stone as well as a working butler’s pantry, an inviting home theater, four en suite bedrooms, and four and a half bathrooms.

“The Linden”, a two-story classic Federal Style home built by Hollison Custom Homes. This home features an intricate groin vault in the foyer, adjacent to a natural light-filled study, as well as a master bedroom on the main floor and three additional en suite bedrooms upstairs.

“The McMillan”, a two-story stately Federal Style home built by Milestone Custom Homes. This home features an outdoor kitchen that opens to a natural slate front porch, a golf cart garage, three master suites, and a balcony overlooking the planned Village Center.

“The Sumner” a two-story stunning Colonial Revival style home built by Hartness Construction. This home features a standing seam metal roof, timeless brick exterior, spacious gourmet kitchen, and amenities throughout.
