Greenville entrepreneur Tammy Johnson has announced the official formation of High Spirits Hospitality, the parent company to her four companies: Liquid Catering, The Old Cigar Warehouse, Bravo1 Protection, and High Spirits Events.
“This is an exciting new chapter in our history,” said Johnson, who serves as the chief executive officer for High Spirits. “We started out as a small bartending company working out of my garage, and have grown into a business with 19 full-time employees and more than 70 part-time employees.”
Liquid Catering, which Johnson formed in 2011, specializes in high-end bar services, offering bartenders and mixologists for functions including weddings, corporate events, and wine tastings
The Old Cigar Warehouse, a historic building across from Fluor Field, features more than 7,000 square feet of event space, hosting close to 175 events per year.
Bravo1 Protection specializes in providing security services and officers for bars, venues, festivals, and businesses.
High Spirits Events, the event production and management side of the company, is behind the recently announced Tacos n’ Tequila Fiesta being held on Sunday, April 9.
Ashley Keenan recently joined the High Spirits Hospitality team as office manager. Previously, Keenan had been an office manager at ABC Party Rentals and Amusements and she has most recently worked at IPS Packaging as an operations associate. In 2014, she graduated on the Dean’s List from Furman University with a degree in business administration.
“We are thrilled to have Ashley on board with us,” said Johnson. “She will be an integral part of our team and we cannot wait to see how she succeeds here.”
