Spartanburg-based Integral Solutions Group, a division of J M Smith Corp., announced Monday it has hired Annie Roche Briggs for its account executive team.
Briggs will work with clients in Spartanburg, Greenville, and Columbia to develop technology solutions, including managed services and colocation, the company said.
“We are excited that Annie will become a part of our growing team of technology experts,” said Kim Mann, vice president of sales and marketing for Integral Solutions Group. “Annie has an extensive background in data center technology, storage solutions, and wireless mobility.”
Briggs’ past experience includes a stint with XO Communications in Washington, D.C., where she developed customized solutions for clients designed to meet their long-term needs.
Prior to joining Integral Solutions Group, she worked for Cisco Systems, where she developed relationships with clients to offer solutions for IP communications, scalable network architecture, and intelligent infrastructure solutions.
“Annie brings a customer-first mindset with her,” Mann said. “She has a reputation for working tirelessly on behalf of the client, making sure that they get the customized solution they need. I know Integral customers will appreciate working with her.”
Integral Solutions Group, founded in 1987, bills itself as a full-service IT company that operates the only commercially available Tier IV data center in the U.S.
The data center is designed to exceed 99.999 percent availability and provide its clients with the highest level of mission critical equipment uptime, performance, and security, the company said.
