TireCheck, a software company for efficient fleet management, has signed a lease for 6,597 square feet at the Keys Court mixed-use redevelopment at 307 E. McBee Ave., downtown Greenville.

The three-story Keys Tower offered the last remaining available space at the property with Yee-Haw Brewing Company and CycleBar occupying the ground floor retail space and plaza. The office space features exposed brick walls and vaulted ceilings, an outdoor courtyard and seating area, on-site parking, and a stage with the opportunity for outdoor events.

“We are thrilled to welcome TireCheck as a partner at Keys Court. When we imagined our development plan, it was for mixed-use, active daytimes, and fun evenings. TireCheck is the perfect complement to meet that vision,” said Stephen Navarro, President of The Furman Co., the developer of the Keys Court project.

CBRE’s Shelby Dodson and Brittany Farrar arranged the lease on behalf of the landlord, Keys Investors LLC.

“Keys Court is a very unique property in Greenville, and we’re very excited to welcome TireCheck to the development’s family of tenants,” said Dodson, first vice president at CBRE. “This is an excellent location, just two blocks off Main Street with more than 90 restaurants and pubs, and close to top accommodations, event venues, and outdoor parks.”

TireCheck plans to move its Greenville office to the new location in October 2019, making it the company’s North American headquarters.

“This location fits our needs and will allow us to grow over the coming years, more than doubling our current capacity,” said Jonathan Brennan at TireCheck.
