LISTED: Pacolet Milliken properties


Pacolet Milliken Enterprises has listed six major tracts of land in the Upstate that encompass 2,900 acres, with the potential for 12 million square feet of industrial development.

The land has been for sale for a while, but Pacolet Milliken recently decided it could use the help of brokerage services. The company hired Garrett Scott, Givens Stewart and Brockton Hall of Colliers International to market the properties.

So far, the amount of activity and interest has been “very refreshing,” Scott said. “Properties of this size, ranging from 130 to 830 acres, with access to all utilities, are increasingly uncommon in the Upstate.

All properties are certified industrial sites by the South Carolina Department of Commerce as project-ready sites. Each tract is available for sale, build to suit or possible joint venture equity. All are vacant and contain no buildings or structures. The properties can accommodate facilities of more than 1.5 million square feet or multiple buildings of 250,000 to 500,000 square feet. Asking price is $47,500 per acre.
