Spartanburg-based Tindall Corporation announced July 21 that it has officially acquired Atlanta Structural Concrete for an undisclosed sum.
Cheryl Lang, president and CEO of Tindall, said the acquisition will expand Tindall’s manufacturing capacity to serve customers across the Southeast. Tindall is one of the largest providers of precast concrete solutions.
“ASC brings a strong legacy, deep expertise and a shared commitment to quality and service,” Lang said. “Together, we are well positioned to deliver even greater value to our customers and partners across the region.”
Tindall announced plans to acquire ASC in March. ASC is a full-service speciality contractor providing engineered precast prestressed concrete products. With nearly 100 employees, the company offers pre-construction design, engineering, manufacturing, project management and installation services.
ASC’s team and operations have been fully integrated into Tindall. The company now operates as ASC, a Tindall Company
