Yanfeng, a global automotive supplier, will invest $49.6 million to expand its Fountain Inn operations, the company announced Jan. 18.
The investment at 101 International Blvd. is expected to create 58 new jobs over the next five years and includes:
- Building renovations
- Investment in machinery and equipment
“Yanfeng is pleased to make this additional investment and further grow our Fountain Inn operations,” said Yanfeng North America Vice President and General Manager Tony Elenbaas. “This location is a key part of our North American business. We appreciate the support from the state of South Carolina.”
The expansion is expected to be completed by 2026.
