Plans for 242-unit multi-family development submitted to City of Greenville

Daniel Realty Company of Birmingham, Ala., has submitted an application for land development to the City of Greenville for a 242-unit, multi-family development named Legacy Haywood Apartments at Old Airport and Woods Crossing roads.

Daniel Realty Company of Birmingham, Ala., has submitted an application for land development to the City of Greenville for a 242-unit, multi-family development named Legacy Haywood Apartments at Old Airport and Woods Crossing roads.

The property is located between Fluor Corporation to the southeast, Haywood Reserve Apartments to the southwest, and Crosspointe Plaza to the north across Old Airport Road.

Greenville Mixed-Use Partners, with a Charlotte address, is listed as the property owner.

The development includes six separate buildings, 363 parking spaces, a pool, and dog park. The units range from one to three bedrooms.

The project will be discussed at the next Planning Commission meeting on Oct. 19.
