On the Move: Adam Hayes

Adam Hayes has joined Larkin’s Restaurants as director of culinary. In his new role, Hayes will work closely with Executive Chef Sarah Dake at Limoncello, Sous-Chef Alex Darrington at Larkin’s on the River, and Chef Logan Smith from Larkins Culinary team.

Hayes has hosted two dinners at the James Beard house, and he’s won the Food Network’s “Cutthroat Kitchen.” Previously, he worked for Red Stag Grill at the Grand Bohemian, Canyon Kitchen, and Barnsley Resort.
