Marcel Summermatter was promoted to regional vice president, commercial banking, Upstate South Carolina with TD Bank.
He will manage the full spectrum of commercial banking activities in the Upstate of South Carolina and help the team leverage expertise in business analysis and emerging trends to support clients with tailored financial solutions.
Summermatter served as TD Bank’s team lead for commercial banking in the Upstate.
He has over 20 years of experience in financial services and has held leadership roles across middle market, commercial and small business.
Summermatter serves as chair of the European American Chamber of Commerce — Carolinas.
He is a graduate of Leadership Miami, Leadership Greenville and Leadership South Carolina.
