Roy Mitchell has joined Larkin’s Restaurants as chief restaurant officer. In his new role, he is responsible for setting and maintaining high operating standards in all Larkin’s locations.
Mitchell will also oversee continuous food and recipe development and restaurant profitability. Previously, he held several director-level positions with Sysco Corporation before joining Larkin’s Restaurants.
