The resort-style, all-inclusive Maple Brook Terrace Retirement Community in Mauldin is opening in late 2019. Now under construction, the 150,000-square-foot community will include 133 apartments in a park-like setting.

With brick accents, gable roofs, and patterned siding, Maple Brook Terrace is one of Sunshine Retirement Living’s flagship senior communities. Conveniently located at 150 Verdin Road, Greenville, the community has many dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby.

Maple Brook Terrace is ideal for seniors who are active and independent. Residents can enjoy amenities such as 24/7 gourmet dining, concierge service, housekeeping, and on-call maintenance. 

Other on-site amenities include a wellness/fitness center, library/computer room, game room, chapel, private and casual dining rooms, coffee bistro, arts studio, reserved parking, theater, and beauty salon/barber shop.

Apartment units are available in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options. Inside, residents will see white kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, island bars, wood-plank vinyl flooring, and carpet.

Outdoor amenities include a bocce ball court, horseshoes, a fire pit, and a gazebo. Pedestrian paths will be looped around the Maple Brook Terrace grounds, and residents may also enjoy gardening in the raised garden beds onsite.
