Libby Patrick, founder of Atlanta-based Sims Patrick Studio and the interior designer who worked on the guest rooms at Hotel Hartness, was recognized as a finalist in the Gold Key Awards.

Judging criteria for the Gold Key Awards’ guest room category include evaluating the design concept, execution, innovation and overall wow factor. Finalists and winners were determined by a jury of industry leaders from the hospitality operations, development and investment sectors.
