Ava Laurénne Bride, a bridal boutique, has opened on Greenville’s McBeth Street.
It is Ava Laurénne’s second location, with the flagship in Virginia. Owner Wendy Rivera is a Greenville native. She was also married to her husband and shop co-owner, Gabe Rivera, in the city.
The store at 3 McBeth St. initially opened Oct. 27, but will hold a grand opening and Christmas ball from 8 to 9:30 p.m. Dec. 14. The ball will include a fashion show and unveiling of a new section of the store that will enhance the dress-shopping experience. Brides who shop at the store before Dec. 5 will receive VIP invitations to the event.
Olivia Luna, the location’s manager and operator, said a factor in choosing Greenville as a second location was how the city has prioritized being a gathering place.
