Rolling Green Village announces multimillion-dollar redevelopment

Rolling Green Village, a continuing care retirement community at 1 Hoke Smith Blvd. in Greenville, has announced plans for a major redevelopment and renovation project that will address the needs of the growing population of older adults.

The multimillion-dollar project includes construction of 60 new independent living apartments, 23 single homes and duplexes, and a new commons building that will include multiple dining venues and multipurpose activity spaces.

Greenville-based Mavin Construction has been selected as the builder for the project. Construction of the expansion and redevelopment project is expected to begin later this year with a projected completion in early 2020.

Rolling Green Village is a not-for-profit community that provides a variety of senior living options with amenities and flexible financial services to the Greenville community. The 175-acre campus offers a full spectrum of health care services on site.
