The award recognizes the top home care providers in North America and is based on client satisfaction scores gathered by Home Care Pulse, an independent satisfaction research firm for home care.
“We want to congratulate Elite Home Care on receiving the Best of Home Care—Provider of Choice Award,” said Aaron Marcum, CEO and founder of Home Care Pulse, in a statement. “Since this award is based on client feedback, it demonstrates their dedication to providing the highest quality of care with a focus on client satisfaction.”
“Our goal at Home Care Pulse is to empower home care businesses to deliver the best home care possible,” Marcum added.
Founded by college buddies Andrew Martin and Chris Russo, Elite Home Care became South Carolina’s first licensed in-home care provider in 2014.
Today, the company employs 250 caregivers and serves customers across the Upstate and Midlands.
In addition to its headquarters and training facility in downtown Spartanburg, Elite Home Care has its Senior Day Center in Spartanburg and offices in Greenville and Columbia.
The company’s new office in Greer is under construction and anticipated to open this spring.
“No matter where we are or who we serve, quality care is our top priority,” said Victoria Spencer, director of operations for Elite Home Care. “This award is confirmation that we are accomplishing our mission.”
