Hughes Investments Inc. announced Oct. 5 Belladina’s Italian Market will open at BridgeWay Station in Mauldin in late 2022.
The Mauldin eatery will use at least 50% of its 6,013 square feet for an Italian market, which will sell authentic Italian food items. It will also serve as Belladina’s fourth storefront, joining Belladina’s Pizzeria at 9 W. Washington Street in Greenville as well as its restaurant at 101 S. Hudson St. in Greenville and its upcoming location at The Silos in Easley.
“We have a fairly aggressive but even more strategic plan for growth,” said Belladina’s owner Joseph Leccese. “We like to think wherever there is a pizzeria, grocery store, pastaria, deli, etc., a Belladina’s needs to be there to bring true authenticity. We absolutely love Mauldin and it has been on our radar for a while now but just haven’t found the right location until now. Phil and the group are absolutely amazing to work with and with every conversation had, we fell more and more in love with the project and them.”
Belladina’s Italian Market joins other tenants in BridgeWay Station including Cohesive Coffee and Dodge Bearings and Power Transmission, which will relocate 250 employees to a 75,000-square-foot office building.
