Hughes Investments, the company developing BridgeWay Station in Mauldin, announced Nov. 15 the mixed-use development will welcome two new restaurants, a retail store and an entertainment venue.
The new additions include Lili + Koko Boutique + Bubbles, Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, Lucille’s Music and Comedy Venue, and Mercato by Dine Development Group.
What’s offered?
Occupying a 1,800-square-foot space on BridgeWay Boulevard, Lili + Koko will feature a champagne bar and offer artisanal charcuterie boards and desserts to allow customers to browse, sip and shop. The shop will relocate from Hampton Station and is expected to open in March 2024.
Jeremiah’s Italian Ice will occupy an 800-square-foot storefront. The restaurant will serve ice cream, Italian ice and gelati, a blend of soft serve ice cream and Italian ice. The business is expected to open in April 2024.
Lucille’s Music and Comedy Venue will move into a 3,160-square-foot space. The business will offer a menu featuring tapas, entrees and specialty drinks. The venue is expected to open in early 2024.

Mercato will occupy 2,500 square feet on the corner of BridgeWay Boulevard and Via Corso Avenue. The restaurant will serve breakfast and lunch bagels and sandwiches with a large grab-and-go selection of prepared foods, breads and specialty drinks. The space will also feature a full-service coffee bar with Methodical Coffee, hand scooped ice cream and boba tea. The eatery is expected to open in spring 2024.

BridgeWay Station will hold its first public event, Christmas at BridgeWay, on Dec. 8 from 3 to 8 p.m. in its piazza and pavilion public space. The development will also host its ribbon-cutting in April 2024.
