Colliers announced Jan. 4 Berry Shoals Industrial LLC, a subsidiary of a Chicago-based investment group, leased an 80,000-square-foot industrial building at 961 Berry Shoals Road in Duncan to Clear Touch Technologies.
The space, which was purchased in September 2021 by Berry Shoals Industrial, used to house LeMans Karting which last year announced plans to relocate. The Duncan location features:
- 18- to 23-foot clear heights
- One drive-in bay
- Nine exterior dock doors
- LED lighting
“This property was a strong acquisition for us,” said Frank Beidler, director of investments for the acquiring investment group. “While vacant, we worked quickly to improve the site and leased it to a tenant we have worked with for years.”
Clear Touch, a technology provider that manufactures items such as interactive touch panels and accessories, will use the space to support its expanded operations.
