US&S Facility Services, a Greenville-founded janitorial and maintenance services business, will move its headquarters from Woodruff Road to 281 Fairforest Way in Greenville.
The 13,000-square-foot warehouse will accommodate the company’s growth with a greater capacity. The new office will include an employee lounge, future training rooms and additional area for equipment repair space to support inventory management.
Founder Richard Hagins started the company in 2003. US&S is a minority- and veteran-owned business.
