BridgeWay Station’s restaurant roster is continuing to grow.
Table 301 Restaurant Group President Carl Sobocinski will open an unnamed restaurant in the mixed-use development in Mauldin, the company announced Feb. 8.
The restaurant will occupy 5,000 square feet on the second floor of a corner building overlooking BridgeWay Station’s grand plaza and Main Street. The space will also feature 2,162 square feet of outdoor balcony dining.
The new restaurant’s concept, name and menu features will be announced at a later date.
“I’ve had the distinct pleasure of working with Carl [Sobocinski] for over two decades, and it’s an honor to get to be a part of his growth in this area” said Phil Hughes, owner and president of Hughes Investments Inc., the company developing BridgeWay Station. “Carl [Sobocinski] and Table 301 have done so much for Greenville’s growth and success, and we feel strongly that his leadership, creativity, and passion will have a similar positive influence on the community at BridgeWay Station. We are excited to see what he comes up with for this new location!”
Founded and led by Sobocinski, Table 301 owns and operates a variety of culinary operations, including Soby’s, The Lazy Goat, NOSE DIVE, Camp, The Jones Oyster Co., Highway 301 Food Truck and Table 301 Catering, as well as multiple locations of Southern Pressed Juicery.
