Here is what’s on the agenda for the city of Greenville’s Design Review Board Dec. 19 meeting.
Bailey Estates Apartments
The Design Review Board will review site plans for Bailey Estates Apartments, a 76-unit multi-family development at 1146 Pendleton St. The United House of Prayer for All People owns the property and is the brainchild behind the residential project.
A two-story, 55,000-square-foot building is planned to be constructed on the 3.3-acre property on Pendleton Street. The site will also include approximately 81 surface parking spaces, open space and small amenity areas for residents.
The old Kash and Karry building previously sat on the property before it was demolished earlier this year.

Mosaic
Two applications concerning the second phase of the Mosaic development by Saint Capital LLC will be reviewed by the board. The first application includes the design plans for a 19,170-square-foot residential structure known as “Building 4.” The three-story building will be located at the corner of Mosaic Drive and Motley Way.
Design plans for two additional residential buildings known as “Building 7” were submitted in the second application. Each 6,030-square-foot structure will house four residential units. The two buildings are planned to front Motley Way.

250 N. Church St. (Greenville Gateway)
Final lighting and landscape designs for the mixed-use project at 250 N. Church St., commonly known as Greenville Gateway, will be reviewed by the board.
The project consists of two mixed-use towers, one reaching 24 stories and the other 29 stores. A main design element will be an internally lit central window column in the structure’s tallest tower. Landscaping will be intricately placed on the ground level around the building.
The board previously approved the project’s architectural details and materials in September and the site plan in May.
