Updates on the $1 billion County Square project will be presented at the city of Greenville’s project preview meeting on April 22.
Representatives from RocaPoint Partners, the project’s developer, will unveil conceptual architectural plans for several of the development’s buildings. The drop-in style meeting will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Prisma Health Welcome Center at Unity Park.
Two multifamily buildings with ground-floor retail will be among those presented at the project preview meeting. The public will have the opportunity to view both building designs before the final development plans are reviewed by the city’s staff.
The 40-acre redevelopment project along University Ridge will feature a mix of commercial, retail and residential buildings. The project’s site work has been underway for the last several months.
