Ponthieux Jewelry Design Studio will relocate to a 2,040-square-foot space in McDaniel Village shopping center on Augusta Street in Greenville.
The larger location will allow for two new jewelry showcases, an open-concept design for customers to observe the custom jewelry design process and space for additional staff.
The new store is expected to open in fall 2024 at 1922 Augusta St., one block south of its present location.
Operating since 2001, Ponthieux Jewelry Design Studio specializes in custom jewelry designs, repairs, appraisals, and restorations. The store is owned and operated by husband-and-wife duo Mike and Wanda Ponthieux.
“We’re excited to begin this new chapter in McDaniel Village,” said Mike Ponthieux, a gemologist with more than 40 years experience. “This move allows us to expand our offerings and continue to deliver the personalized experience our customers have come to expect over the past two decades.”
McDaniel Village is managed by Aston, which runs multiple shopping centers in the Greenville area. McDaniel Village also includes Augusta Nails, Bad Daddy’s, Pure Barre, Garrison’s Opticians, Great Clips, Kate Carlyle, Labels Designer Consignment, Oriental House, Paisley and Paper, Palm Beach Tan, Panera Bread, Pet Supermarket, Stretch Lab, Davani’s and Vestique.
