THRIVE | Coworking, a flexible workspace solution, will open a location in downtown Greenville, the company announced March 6.
The coworking facility is expected to open in the second half of 2023 and will occupy a 21,450-square-foot space in Poinsett Plaza at 104 S. Main St.
THRIVE | Greenville members will have access to:
- Free bottomless coffee/tea and snacks
- Monthly breakfasts, lunches and happy hours
- Roster of events and activities
The facility will also offer several monthly levels, including:
- Basic mailbox for a business mailing address
- Shared space
- Dedicated space
- Private space
- Conference rooms
“As the center of the Upstate region of South Carolina, Greenville has seen rapid economic development over the last 20 years, from the textile industry to a number of large companies moving to the city,” said THRIVE | Coworking Chief Revenue Officer Chris Smith. “This is a great opportunity for THRIVE to support these large companies with downtown office space, as well as hybrid workers and solopreneurs looking for flexible coworking options.”
THRIVE | Coworking has workspaces in Alpharetta, Milton and Canton, Georgia; Columbus/Franklinton, Ohio; and Asheville and Holly Springs, North Carolina.
