MarBro Realty LLC purchased Woodruff Village Shopping Center in Greenville for $10.7 million from Woodruff Investment National Exchange LLC, SVN Blackstream announced.

The 69,822 square foot center at 1810-1848 Woodruff Road consists of two buildings and 12 tenants such as:
- Planet Fitness
- Habitat for Humanity ReStore
- Social Latitude – an entertainment concept that includes TopGolf suites and arcades
- Subway
- Little Caesars
“Reedy River Retail at SVN Blackstream sold Woodruff Village in Greenville at a higher price point than most thought they could get,” said Dustin Tenney, vice president of retail services Reedy River Retail at SVN Blackstream. “The improved Woodruff Village will continue to serve the local community with a wide array of businesses from restaurants, entertainment and fitness.”
MarBro Realty also plans to continue renovations to improve the shopping center’s facade, resurface the parking lot and potentially upgrade the monument sign, said Tenney.
