Mobile Communications America Inc. (MCA), a wireless communication solutions company based in Spartanburg, announced Jan. 4 it has acquired five companies for an undisclosed sum.
The company’s acquisitions include:
- ComSource Inc. of Plymouth, Michigan — a full-service communications provider
- Lord and Company Technologies Inc. of Manassas, Virginia — an in-building wireless communication systems provider
- All Points Communications of Austin L.P. and Now Supply LLC of Georgetown, Texas — a full-service communications provider
- Dalton S.M.R. Inc. of Dalton, Georgia — a communications provider
These acquisitions expanded MCA’s reach into Michigan and strengthened its footprint in Georgia, Virginia and Texas.
