Greenville-based Tolbert Property Advisors recently assisted a local private equity fund in the acquisition of Conyers Station, an 8,725-square-foot retail strip center in Conyers, Ga., a suburb southeast of Atlanta.

Purchased for $3.9 million, Conyers Station, built in 2016, is fully leased with four national retail tenants – AT&T, Sleep Number, Five Guys, and Jersey Mike’s.

All tenants have new five- and 10-year leases with 10 percent increases every five years.

The 1.2-acre property sits approximately one-half mile off of Interstate 20 on Highway 138, the main retail corridor in Conyers with average daily traffic counts of 60,000-plus.
