Vault & Vator teases speakeasy menu prior to imminent opening

Vault & Vator’s imminent opening date is staying under wraps for now, just like the interior design, because the owners want to maintain the speakeasy allure and maintain the element of surprise.

The 40-seat speakeasy-style cocktail bar from the American Grocery Restaurant team is located in the basement level of 655 S. Main St. Its opening has been the subject of frequent social media chatter since it was announced during euphoria 2016.

But V&V isn’t leaving us completely in the dark. To whet our appetites, master mixologist Kirk Ingram has released three signature cocktails that will be on the menu — one each tequila, Scotch, and rum-based.
