Greenville-based Graycliff Capital Development, LLC recently announced the groundbreaking of the 246-unit, Class-A community called Waterleaf at Neely Ferry Apartments. Located off I-385 in Simpsonville, the development is a 15-mile commute to downtown Greenville and a two-mile commute to downtown Simpsonville.
The clubhouse and first units are scheduled to open in late spring of 2019. The construction loan financing was provided by CIBC Bank USA.
Featured amenities at Waterleaf will include the marquee clubhouse with co-working spaces, 24-hour fitness center, yoga and cycling room, Parcel Pending package concierge system, outdoor cabana with fireplace, and saltwater pool with in-water lounger chaise seating.
One-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 737 to 1,263 square feet will be available in the community, as well as Carriage House units with attached garage parking. Select units include 9-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, balconies, wood-inspired LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) flooring, in-unit washer and dryers, USB outlets, and walk-in closets.
