Plans are underway to bring a state-of-the-art design center for the luxury residential market to Plush Mills in early 2025.
The Greenville Design Center at Plush Mills, 141 Traction St., is slated to include more than 100,000 square feet in two new buildings at the property developed and owned by Greenville’s M Peters Group.
The project will involve on-site parking, a range of product showrooms, interior design and architectural studios, offices for contractors, and coworking space. The showrooms will feature furniture and home decor, kitchen and bath fixtures and appliances, wall and floor coverings, and lighting options.
Beyond the design center, the project will also include other amenities such as a restaurant and meeting spaces.
According to M Peters founding partner Mark Peters, the project is designed to bring an asset that is missing from the Greenville market.
Several tenants have already committed to the project. For further information, visit mpetersgroup.com.
