Stephen T. Mack, a Greenville-based developer and president of STM Acquisition & Development, announced May 15 he has purchased 6.7 acres from Immanuel Lutheran Church on Woodruff Road to expand Larkspur Pointe, an apartment community in Five Forks.
The acreage will be home to a $14 million project, which will add 96 units to the community.
“We have been very successful identifying secondary markets throughout the Southeast that have not addressed the demand for multifamily housing,” said Mack. “The explosion of growth experienced in the Five Forks area, both commercially and residentially, has contributed to this market recognition as one of the most dynamic in the state.”
