South Carolina Research Authority, a public, nonprofit corporation that works to fuel the state’s innovation economy, announced Feb. 3 it welcomed Sentec of Greenville as a member company.
The company manufactures highly configurable sensors, pressure transducers and strain gauges engineered for precise measurement in demanding industrial and high-temperature environments.
CAMA Security of Sullivans Island, Creek Tides Energy and Power of Charleston and Tada AI of Rock Hill were also welcomed as member companies.
All four businesses will receive coaching, access to experts, grant eligibility and consideration for an investment from SCRA’s investment affiliate, SC Launch.
SCRA awarded $50,000 in startup grants to Haruki Health of North Charleston and LouLou AI of Charleston.
