Chris Howe was promoted to regional banking officer with Encore Bank.
He will continue as chief lending officer and oversee branch operations across multiple locations, including Fayetteville, Little Rock, Jonesboro and Rogers in Arkansas; Springfield in Missouri; Tampa in Florida; Charlotte and Winston-Salem in North Carolina; and Charleston and Greenville in South Carolina.
Howe joined Encore Bank in 2019 as Northwest Arkansas regional president.
