Robert Reese was named executive director of South Carolina Interfaith Power and Light, an organization that works to encourage environmental stewardship of people of faith.
He has worked as a grant writer in Eastover and with several other organizations in Richland County, including as chair on the Richland County Board of Zoning Appeals, communication director of the Lower Richland High School Alumni Foundation and member of the Congaree Biosphere Advisory Board.
Reese also served as director of diversity and inclusion for the University of Minnesota-Rochester, regional director of Irly Bird Kids and CEO of The Blow Foundation.
He is a graduate of Morehouse College and the University of South Carolina.
