Encore Realty, an independent real estate firm based in Greenville, announced Sept. 1 it purchased the residential division of the Parker Group for an undisclosed sum.
Following the acquisition, Encore Realty will be led by its owner and founder Angela Rodriguez, who worked as broker in charge for the Parker Group for over two years.
The firm will also continue to represent Parker Group’s development projects.
