Beach Real Estate Funds, an affiliate of The Beach Co. based in Charleston, South Carolina, announced Dec. 9 it acquired Ryder Junction Apartments, a garden-style community in Greer, for an undisclosed sum.
The 264-unit property at 900 Conductor Circle was built in 2023 and features one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans and various amenities including a resort-style pool, a fitness center and outdoor social spaces with firepits and grilling stations.
“BREF’s investment in Ryder Junction Apartments underscores our dedication to acquiring and managing high-quality communities in flourishing markets. The Greenville MSA has been a high-priority market for our team, and this investment provides a meaningful combination of balance and upside to our portfolio,” said Ward McCarthy, director of portfolio management for Beach Real Estate Funds. “Ryder Junction is positioned to capitalize on the demand generated by regional job growth and the Interstate 85 manufacturing corridor. The property’s exceptional quality and amenities should continue to make it a standout option for residents prioritizing modern luxuries in close proximity to in-demand jobs.”
