Greenville Main Street update: What’s coming, what’s still available

Main Street in downtown Greenville has long been known for shopping, dining and general physical activity. Between the views of Falls Park on the Reedy River and countless boutiques and eateries sprinkled up and down the street, it’s not uncommon to see busy sidewalks and full parking spots, especially on weekends.

Inevitably there are some open storefronts, and people often wonder what might come next. Here is a partial list of available spots and recently leased spaces on North and South Main as of mid-October:

1. 1021A S. Main St. is currently up for lease by Stone Property Management.
2. 820 S. Main St. was recently leased and will become an Edward Jones office.
3. 612 S. Main St. is currently up for lease by Wilson Kibler Inc.
4. 355 S. Main St. was recently leased and will be a restaurant, but the lessee remained hush-hush as of Oct. 13.
5. 123 S. Main St. is leased and will become Crust & Craft pizza in the near future. It was formerly Luna Rosa.
6. 14 S. Main St. is a multi-business complex. The basement is home to Open Art Studios. The first floor is Comet Marketing Agency and will soon be Christ on Main. The second floor is available and can be leased through RealServ Property Advisors.
7. 12 S. Main St. is a multi-business complex. Although the first floor is leased, the second is vacant and available through RealServ Property Advisors.
8. 125C N. Main St. was previously leased by Ledford Billiard Supply but is currently available through Joyner Commercial.
9. 200 N. Main St., Unit 204 is currently available with RealServ Property Advisors.
10. 201 N. Main St., Suite C is currently available for lease with RealServ Property Advisors.
11. 201 N Main St., Suite D is leased and will be Believe Image, a medical spa owned by Kennedy West. West anticipates opening Dec. 1.
12. 217 N. Main St. will be Maren + Main, a second location for the Anderson-based boutique.
13. 219 N. Main St. will be an undisclosed high-end coffee bar with live roasting and a wine bar component.
14. 241 N. Main St. is available and can be leased through Wilson Kibler Inc.
15. 608 N. Main St. will be available in December and can be leased through Joyner Commercial.
16. 620 N. Main St. is available and can be leased through Wilson Kibler, Inc.
