Stumpy’s Hatchet House, an axe-throwing and entertainment business, will host an opening celebration on April 14 and April 15 in the historic Judson Mill District.
The event will run from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on both days and attendees may try hatchet throwing free of charge. Half-priced gift cards will be available for purchase.
The more than 7,000-square-foot rustic space features:
- 22 axe-throwing targets
- Axe-throwing-related competitions and challenges
- Fully stocked bar with wine and beer selection
- Variety of hors d’oeuvres
Stumpy’s Hatchet House also over games such as:
- Tumbling Timbers
- Stump Puck
- Ring Toss
- Giant Checkers

Following opening weekend, Stumpy’s Hatchet House will be open:
- 5 p.m.-10 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday
- 5 p.m.-midnight, Friday
- Noon-midnight, Saturday
- Noon-6 p.m., Sunday
