Sully’s Steamers, a restaurant specializing build-your-own bagel sandwiches, has teamed up with Avison Young to expand its footprint through the Southeast, the brokerage announced March 13.
The restaurant expects to grow from six to 12 stores in 2023, including four planned locations in:
- Greenville
- Columbia
- Davidson, North Carolina
- Lexington, South Carolina
Through the partnership with Avison Young, brokers Rakan Draz, Macy Scoggins and James McKay have been tapped to handle tenant representation efforts on behalf of Sully’s Steamers. They will also assist with site selection, market insight and logistics for future Sully’s locations across the Southeast.
“We’re beyond excited about the success we’ve had with our locations and the following of customers we have in the Upstate,” said Sully’s Steamers Vice President of Development Neil Rohricht. “We look forward to partnering with Avison Young and our franchisees to continue our growth, and in bringing our inviting, neighborhood concept to new markets.”
Sully’s Steamers was founded in downtown Greenville in 2013 by Robert “Sully” Sullivan, an entrepreneur turned restauranteur. The sandwich concept has five other locations in Brevard, North Carolina; and Clemson, Simpsonville, Mauldin and Spartanburg.
