Murray Myers joined Argent Trust Co. as market president in the company’s Greenville office.
He will serve as the senior leader overseeing trust-, estate- and retirement-services administration.
Myers had a 26-year tenure with BB&T, later Truist Bank, following the 2019 merger of BB&T and SunTrust banks. He also served as executive vice president and wealth division director at Truist.
He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Columbia International University. He holds series 24, 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as life and health insurance licenses.
